Returns & Exchanges
At Heal Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with our easy returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at info@healcouture.ae with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include your receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our customer service team.
Step 3: Collecting the Return
A courier will be collecting your return.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment starting from 4 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card policy.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Reporting: If you receive a tampered, damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@healcouture.ae with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.
International Orders: For returns and exchanges on international orders, please contact our customer service team at info@healcouture.ae for specific instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes for international returns.
